What it does
Kiosk mode turns any screen into a self-service AI assistant. A visitor walks up, taps the screen or simply says hello, and your digital twin answers — in Bahasa Melayu, English or another language — with its own voice and face.

- Events & exhibitions — booth assistant that never gets tired and collects leads all day.
- Government & healthcare counters — queue information, forms, opening hours (in several languages).
- Hotels & property — concierge information and facility guides.
How it works
- Add a kiosk — choose the twin, welcome text, quick questions, idle reset time and opening hours.
- Connect the screen — open the pairing page on the device and type the 6-digit code (or scan the QR link).
- Visitors talk — the twin answers by voice with captions; quick buttons help shy visitors start.
- Capture & learn — leads and ratings arrive in the Leads inbox; Twin analytics shows sessions and knowledge gaps per screen.
- Monitor — see which screens are online, reload them remotely and get an e-mail if one goes offline.
Privacy by design
Each visitor session is cleared automatically after inactivity. Motion detection runs on the device only — camera images are never uploaded or stored. Contact details are saved only after the visitor gives explicit consent.
