What it does
Jarvis is a personal AI assistant built into the platform for each user. Talk to it like a colleague: “Brief me on my day”, “Remind me to call Encik Rahman tomorrow at 10”, “Write a proposal for the Sunway project” or “Schedule a meeting with the sales team on Friday at 3pm”.
How it works
- Talk or type — tap the microphone or switch on the wake word and just say “Hey Jarvis…”.
- Jarvis plans — it decides which platform tools are needed: tasks, knowledge search, documents, images, meetings, social media, e-mail or your AI agents.
- Safe by default — reading information happens instantly; anything that creates or sends something is shown as an action card and only runs when you tap Confirm (or say “confirm”).
- It remembers — your preferences and personal instructions shape every answer; you can review and delete memories at any time.
Why teams love it
- One assistant for every module instead of clicking through menus.
- Reminders that reach you on screen and by e-mail.
- Works in Bahasa Melayu and English out of the box.
- Your data stays in your platform; voice recordings are deleted right after transcription.
Runs on your own server
Jarvis is installed local by default: the language model (Ollama), speech recognition (Whisper), the voice (Piper) and the “Hey Jarvis” wake word all run on your own server — conversations and voice never leave your network, and it works in every modern browser. You can switch Jarvis to cloud AI providers at any time.
